  Tried to sell me what they had on their shelf rather than what I wanted which should have been my first warning bell. when I insisted on the product I wanted it then took them 4 working days to get around to sending the parcel though they were happy to debit my credit card over the phone instantly. It was way too much effort of course to expect them to email me a receipt as well.
  It doest take much to stand out from the rest in terms of service in Australia but AR Industrial Supplies are just another Aussie gun shop keen to take your money but deliver very little.

  Terrible service. I returned the product and tracked it, I knew they had received it but did not receive my refund. They did not do anything. I had returned the product and they still held my money for a long time. I sent multiple emails and they didn't respond to any of them. They didn't return calls either. Don't buy from here.

  I would give them zero stars if I could. Placed the order with them, expecting good to be delivered within 2~3 working days as delivery was via couriers. Week later still no goods & order status still showing "new". Sent an email - no response. Called - no answer. Finally I managed to get through only to be told he's not going to discuss my order because "he has people in the store".
  Was quick to take the money (nearly $600), but after that zero customer service. Further emails just bounced. In the end got my money back after opening dispute with PayPal.
  I would stay clear of this mob & use reputable sellers.
