- impecunious Added January 26, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely poor customer service. The staff do not react with a customer service centred attitude when confronted about their poor service. I was attacked by the staff member in self service for apparently being...and I quote..."rude", after I waited patiently for her to finish organising a point of sale display before coming over to service the non working scanner I was on. When she finished that and headed towards me, she stopped along the way to help another customer despite the fact that I had been waiting much longer with the light flashing telling me to wait for customer service. When I objected to her serving another customer before me she was not happy and proceeded to call me names, tell me "I just got here and wasn't waiting long", and continued to justify her actions. There was no "I'm sorry", or "I didn't realise". With a parting comment of, "You have the day you deserve" as I was leaving...really appropriate customer service. But hey, I'm Indigenous so should be used to it by now...

The selection is easiest the largest in the Illawarra plus you have the ease of their new feature 'Scan and Shop' so you can avoid using self checkout at the end. The staff are always friendly and helpful when needed as well.
