  Friendliness isn’t the problem. They seem to not know much about anything and one time they wouldn’t send my parcel because it wasn’t packaged in Australia post packaging. I had brought my own packaging. They couldn’t even tell me why my packaging was wrong only that they couldn’t accept it and then they told me they don’t sell australia post satchels. They also told me they have no idea where to buy Australia post satchels. Anyway I went to figtree to send my item and had no drama there whatsoever. So I have no idea what the issue was. I’m still a bit confused as to what the problem was.

  Extremely disappointed in service. I called up asking what time they closed and stated I was just around the corner parking with 5 minutes to 5. I stated I was heavily pregnant (35 weeks) and would be 1-2mins and if it was okay for her to hold open for me. I needed to pick up 1 official document. The young girls only response “We close at 5pm. You have 5 minutes until 5pm”. I arrived at 5:01 and all doors shut. I understand closing times but does no one have human courtesy.

  Never had an issue here. Staff are always on the ball and really friendly.

  Absolutely hopeless, I have now had 2 deliveries turned away by these guys and then I have to chase down where they have gone to!! What’s the point of having parcel collect at this store if they just turn parcels away! No explanation as to why, staff aren’t very friendly at this branch either.

  The girls working today were so helpful with me and all my questions. I’ve had to redo my passport forms a few times now and they were so patient and explained everything that I needed to do. Definitely one of the best post offices and staff in the area!

  This is my local PO. Just been there and this time determined to write a review. The staff, all young women, are excellent. Professional and courteous always. Cheers.

  The first and likely last time i will ever leave feedback on a store. 2 years of going here staff have never gotten more useful or understood what I ask for.
  
  Take the extra 5 minutes and travel to figtree the staff are 1000% better at their job and treating people like humans.
